Inhalation : Ajouter 4 à 12 gouttes dans un bol d’eau bouillante ou mettre dans un diffuseur. Inhaler lentement pendant 5-10 minutes.
Topique - Massage : Ajouter 4 à 5 gouttes dans 1 cuil. à thé (5 ml) d’huile végétale. Appliquer localement, 1 fois par jour
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or place in a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
